Thank you friends for your continuing prayers. On the 15th April around 5.50 am i was awakened from sleep by strange noises coming from our storage area. When I went groggily to investigate, I found that an intruder had broken in and, I found myself confronting a man wielding an axe. He also had a knife and pepper spray in his arsenal. At one point I was knocked backwards to the ground by his right fist and found myself looking up at him through a choking atmosphere of pepper spray, I saw the axe raised in an attempted strike. It was only by God's grace that, when the police arrived about eight minutes later, they found me sitting on his back, holding his arm in a hammer lock to keep him face down and harmless. Praise God for His protection and deliverance.The man was already on probation and now has been charged with attempted murder. I thank God for your prayers, as I do not believe that this incidence was a "coincidence" to our continued spiritual warfare for this area! I thank God I wasn't in the middle of a fast when this happened. I thank God for your prayers and for His hand of mercy and deliverance.

I have been asking for your help with my husband Wally who has been out of work and very depressed. He was offered two of the jobs that he wanted. Thank you for your prayer. He has begun to read the Bible as well.

I send you a prayer request for myself and my husband Kevin that we might with the grace of God conceive our second child. I want to tell your prayer group that the holy spirit worked through us and I am indeed pregnant with our second child.You told me that the holy spirit said in 7 months I would have a child and it came to be. One month ago I sent out prayer requests for my fiancé's surgery, which was to remove a potentially cancerous growth from her neck. I am so happy to report that the final pathology reports came back saying that the tumor was completely cured. Thank you for your prayers, I know they worked.

Thank you for your prayers. God is Great and Greatly to be praised. My husband and i have reconciled our marriage and are so thankful to God for it. I will be praying for others that may be going through what we have gone through. We will be stronger for it and i know that God is going to use us to help others.

This is a praise report. I was offered a position at a firm that i had been wanting for sometime. Praise be to God my prayer has been answered. I will begin my new job on Monday. I have been sick for ten years with a problem that causes severe pain if I forget to take my medication. I was healed at Gethsemane's New Life Retreat Mass ! I am off the medication and have no pain. Severe skin lesions on my feet are healing rapidly. Additionally I usually can't eat spicy food with out having subsequent illness. Yesterday, after mass, I went out for Chinese food and ate all kinds of spicy food with out any ill effects. This is certainly a miracle and I would like to express my deepest thanks and praise to God for His mercy to me. I expect that my healing will continue and I expect to get back with further testimonial and thanksgiving when the process is complete. Thanks again -- Praise the Lord !

My name is Shakeela Nasir, I am from Pakistan. My mom has been sick since last five years. One day I was surfing the net and I got the web site name 'Gethsemane Prayer Group'. I send reqest for prayer for my mom. The prayer group contacted me and informed that they are interceding for my mom. As you advised I read the verses from the Bible, took fast and prayed. Now my mom is feeling much better I belive that this is only because of your prayers and ofcourse by the grace of GOD. Thank you very much and Glory to God.

Thank you for your prayers. My little niece Andrea is fine after the open heart surgery. The operation was a success. It just so happens that her surgeon (Dr. Redmond Burke) is one of the top cardiovascular surgeons in the world and happens to be here at the Miami Children's Hospital. She is already getting up and starting to walk around and will be going home tomorrow. It is amazing to see how children bounce back after surgery but I must give the glory to God because my niece had special help with all the best wishes and prayers from your prayer group that asked God to give her a full and speedy recovery. Again, thank you all for your concerns, prayers and well wishes.

Our mother aged 60 is missing since January 24th 2001. She is under treatment for depression. Yesterday we got the happy message that our mother is in a convent in Calcutta. Thanking God for the fast answering of our prayers. We are grateful to all members of the Gethsemane Prayer Group for joining us in prayers.

I recently emailed you to pray for my brother Ralph who was in the hospital in very serious condition. The Doctors had offered us very little hope. Well today I want to thank you and give God the glory because my brother is alive and is expected to totally recover. Thank you all for being there and answering my prayer request quickly. In responce to all your prayers, I want to take this time to share with you how I came about asking for your prayers, My friend Cassandra is only 27 years old and though she lived in Orlando and I live in Miami we are very close, I suffer from panic attacks, which I highly control them with prayer, so 2 weeks ago Cassandra called me to ask what a panic attack was like, to make a long story short she visited the Doctor the same day and was immediately taken to the Miami Heart Institute, (she now lives in DelraY) where she had open heart surgery, that went well her mother called me to tell me that she had awaken from surgery and was doing fine and all of a sudden she started having seizures, at that moment I didnt now what to say or do I just thought the Lord would be the one to turn to I then asked my friends to pray for her and didnt think that would be enough...so I came to the internet! and found your website, I dont have words in how to thank you, Cassandra did not have anymore seizures, and now is home recovering from her heart surgery, they have place her on medication even though she feels as if those seizures will never be back, she asked me to thank everyone that had her in their prayers and may God Bless You All...thank you ever so much.

Thank you all so much. At about 9 a.m. next morning, Joel's kidneys began to function. He has now gone home from the hospital and seems to be improving each day. Our God is so great. I was praying, but I just want a mass of prayers for Joel's benefit. Again, thank you all so very much. May God bless and keep each one.

I thank the Lord for hearing your prayers. From Thursday onwards my brother's eye has stopped watering and he is feeling fine. I thank and praise the Lord Jesus for this mighty healing. Hi...I am Lisa's mom and Michaels grandmother...I just want to thank you all for the prayers that you have said for our baby...he is doing well and is now weighing in at 1 lb. 12 ozs.....he has a full head of hair and is only 12 inches long...but with all your prayers you have made Michaels life here on earth a breeze for the last 18 days...the Doctors feel that he will be off the critical list in about two weeks...his lungs are strong and all systems are working...Praise God...he still needs your prayers but I just wanted to thank you so very much for all that you have done....I will try to keep you informed of his progress... Lisa, my daughter is also doing very well...she is staying at a Ronald McDonald House which is wonderful... it is all volunteers and it enables the mothers of these little one to stay close by the hospital....God is so good...I tell my daughter that when the Drs. tell her they are amazed by Michael's progress to tell them that it is the prayers that has gotten him this far.....Thanks Again

Ever since I have found this website and requested prayer God has answered all of our prayers. The very first time I visited this site I asked for support for my family and I, because we needed a place to live and God provided. We are blessed to live in this house. The second time our only car had broke down and I asked that you help me pray for a miracle. God provided that miracle. My husband's bonus came through and God blessed us with a good used car with air!. The third time I prayed for our cat "Argen" who had run away and we were very worried that he would not return to us alive. God brought him back unharmed. Argen means a lot to our family. I asked for prayer for our daughter who suffers from Crohn's disease and so quickly God answered our prayers. The day after I asked for prayer she told me she felt so much better. I know that when there is nothing else there is always God. He is always faithful to us and He teaches us valuable lessons along the way.God bless !.
